If you want GUI access then you can download the EMS software (latest 3.0.1)
for free off the Nortel Networks support site - there is a link to it under
all switch types so in your case you can look under 180e software.

When they add ssh support for the AD3/180 they had to get rid of the web
gui interface (due to lack of sufficient nvram or something). All that
remains is the port 80 health check to verify the alteon is up.
