No, but the bug is in a "working proccess" on Nortel Support (last news on week 23).

I have a case open on Nortel support for this bug (with WebOS 9.0.413 but
not corrected in the version 9.0.415)

Hi all,

For normal TCP health check, the Alteon display the port number such as 8765
below in SYSLOG messages. For scripting health check however, it seemed to
display
0 as the service port. Does anyone know if this is normal or a bug in
version 9.0.41.5.
