[load balancing] FILT ENA on /cfg/slb/port (Alteon platforms...)

Hi guys,

I had a mysterious problem with my Alteon 184 load balancer.
I have a VIP configured for WEB services load balancing.

The problem was that different hosts from the internet couldn't reach the
VIP address, but others worked just fine.

Only when i configured FILT ENA on the ingress CLIENT port, which is
connected to an ASF firewall, everything started working.

I didn't add any filters on the client ports, except FILT ENA on the
/cfg/slb/port 1/filt ena.

Does the FILT ENA on a client/server layer 4 port effects the Alteon way of
sessions inspection ?

Thanks,

Benny
