Hello All,
The machine running this list and site has had a few outages if late. It
seems I've pushed the limits of 1997 motherboard technology with a Pentium
200 (not Pentium Pro, not Pentium II or III, just plain Pentium). Every
few days, the machine hangs and needs a nice reboot. What fun.
To correct this, I've just purchased a real server: VALinux, dual Pentium
III, 10K RPM SCSI drives, etc. I'm installing the OS now, and
should have it in production by weeks end.
If you've had bounced messages or not seen your posted, this is probably
why. Sorry about that, should be resolved soon.
As always, if you have any suggestions or links or whatever, feel free to
send them my way.
Thanks,
Tony
