For my .02, Radware will be more interested in acquiring the Alteon customer base rather than the technology to "rip and replace". There is virtually no overlap between the technologies or fresh IP in the Alteons.

 Though we feel it's a good decision for Nortel to move Alteons under safe
hands, what about the trade-in programm done by other vendors such as f5,
kemp.. to buy back Alteons for their products. Radware should make sure to
keep the market going by restraining the customers
