[load balancing] ASP Session ID Load Balancing on Alteon 180e

Has anyone successfully managed to configure an Alteon 180e to load
balance based on ASP session ID?

It appears the construct of an ASP Session ID is:

ASPSESSIONID[Machine Identifier]=[Session ID]

Using cookie parsing on a 180e running 8.0.49 I am not sure how to account
for the Machine Identifier. I don't think I need to do the actual load
balancing, but I don't think I can just ignore it.
