    Jay, I don't think a server would look up a route for a host in the same
    subnet.

    Jan, check out the "alias" command on the CSM. It should do what you need.

    Try, putting host routes into the smtp and pop3 servers for all the
    webmail servers that points to the default gateway/Catalyst 6509.
